Twos edged out, but threes win

Richard Minto marked his return to action with a try, but it was not enough as the twos slipped to defeat at Boroughmuir in their final league match of the season.

The winger, pictured, was making his first appearance for the club since getting injured in pre-season against Edinburgh and helped the team come back from 10-0 down to 10-7 midway through the second half.

However, the side could not find another try as the men from Meggetland held on.

Meanwhile, the threes toughed out a 22-15 win over Lasswade at Myreside.
