Jed-Forest Sevens ends season for WFC

The last 10 Watsonians players in club action for 2009/10 will take to the field at the Jed-Forest Sevens on Saturday.

Twelve months ago WFC's first VII finished runners-up in the event to see them clinch the overall Kings of the Sevens trophy.

This year Mike Ker's men are not in the running for the overall prize, but want to end the campaign on a high. The side face Gala in round one.

Melrose, Selkirk, Kelso or Jed-Forest will be crowned Kings of the Sevens on Saturday night.

Jed-Forest Sevens draw - Watsonians v Gala; Hawick v Haddington; Kirkcaldy v Langholm; Selkirk v Stewart's Melville; Berwick v Peebles; Melrose v Edinburgh Accies; Boroughmuir v Jedforest; Kelso v Heriot's.
