The WFC Burns Supper on Saturday, January 24 was a great success.

Over 130 people from all sections of the club attended and enjoyed themselves at Myreside.

Well done to club captain Ross Buchan for organising it and well done to Robbie Shedden, Ewan Miller, Freddie Main, Baz Lawson, Emily Cotterill and Chris Hunter who performed/helped on the night.

Having recovered from injury talented 18-year-old Ben Robbins, who left GWC in the summer of 2014, has been involved with the first XV in recent weeks.

Social Event News - WFC international dinner on February 14

There will be a WFC international dinner on Saturday, February 14 at Myreside.

The dinner takes place the day before the Scotland v Wales RBS 6 Nations match at BT Murrayfield.

Scott Quinnell, the former Wales and British & Irish Lion, and Eric Davidson, the raconteur, will be speaking and it promises to be a great night.

The cost of the dinner on Valentine’s Day is £650 for a group of 10.
